Upgraded for Extra-Large Tonnage Engineering Tires

We are Anhui VARON Mould Co., Ltd. We have 30 years of experience. This is our Heavy-Duty Engineering Tire Molds. It is an upgrade of the standard model. Wall thickness is increased. Positioning strength is higher. The material grade is better. It can handle vulcanization pressure over 3.0 MPa. It is suitable for large loader tires, bulldozer tires, and heavy dump truck tires. We use forged low-alloy steel with tensile strength ≥900 MPa. Our factory has 85 employees and produces 1,500 molds per year. We are ISO9001:2015 certified.

Real Case: A Russian Mine's Strict Requirements

In 2022, a mining tire factory in Russia bought 6 sets of our heavy-duty two-piece mold. Their previous mold had a problem. Under 3.2 MPa vulcanization pressure, the mold body showed visible deformation. The tire section width was out of tolerance. We redesigned the mold body. We added Wraparound reinforcing ribs (wrap-around reinforcing ribs). We used finite element analysis to optimize wall thickness. The customer measured deformation under 3.2 MPa. It was only 0.08mm. The industry standard is 0.2mm. Now they only buy VARON heavy-duty molds. Our Heavy-Duty Engineering Tire Molds use forged alloy steel with high strength.
